I knew Brian around about 1980 when i started school with his son Steve and latterly joined by his daughter Jaqueline. He always found the time to say hello and his was on my Dad’s section as a Policeman at the time and for many years afterwards. He was a kind and considerate man and loved his kids dearly. A gentle giant who had time for everyone and was a damn good policeman, he earned much respect from friends and family alike. I will always remember him vividly and having only recently had a coffee with him and his friends David and Linda Worsley, i was terribly saddened at his passing. A thoroughly good man, supportive and empathetic to all who were lucky enough to have met him. Rest in Peace Brian, thanks for the many chats and words of support. A policeman come father who always put his family first.
